About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma, originally from Maine and now living in Florida. I've spent 13 years helping my mom run her daycare, giving me hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs. It strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to adapt. I'm CPR certified and always focus on creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I stay calm under pressure and love building connections with children and families. I'd describe myself as bubbly, happy, and loving. I love caring for children because every day is different and rewarding. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding, fast paced, and fun. I started working with kids when I was 5 in my mom's daycare. In my spare time, I like to crochet, go to the Everglades, or read. I travel fairly often, but you would always know ahead of time. My skills include helping kids sleep, encouraging picky eaters to try new foods and veggies in fun ways, and calming upset children.
