About Emma

Hello I'm Emma and I have been a Registered Nurse for 15 years! I have experience caring for older adults in hospital, outpaient and in-home settings working with all kinds of chronic disease, including memory care. Most of my local experience has been through Denver Health, where I have substantial experience in medication management, chronic disease, wound care, nutrition counseling and support navigating health care services. I am a friendly, patient, and passionate caregiver. I hope not only to provide any basic care needs, but also encouragement to improve quality of life through stimulation, good nutrition, exercise and social interactions. I look forward to getting to know your loved one and providing a safe and caring environment! Fun fact about me: I have a coffee and chocolate farm in Ecuador, where I have lived in the jungle for the past 5 years and have many stories about my adventures there!
