Emily and my wife agreed to a phone interview. On the day of the interview (13 minutes prior to the scheduled time) we text Emily to confirm 3pm still worked. She immediately replied stating yes it was still a good time for her. We called right at 3pm and she did not answer. At 3:02, we sent another text letting her know we tried to call and to call us whenever she was available. We never heard from Emily again.
