About Emily

I have 6 years of experience caring for children ages infant-17. Additionally, I have experience housekeeping, running errands, and cooking. Coming from a large, homeschool family I have had experience aiding my siblings with their homework, and as an aspiring classical teacher I have consistently devoured a number of books on educational topics. I have a passionate love of literature, and enjoy sharing my imagination with the children I meet. I have had nearly a year of experience working with children with special needs, specifically autism. I strongly believe all people should be treated with compassion in accordance with the golden rule, and as Charlotte Mason said "children are born persons." I look forward to meeting you!
