Elva helped us with our twin boys this summer and they absolutely fell in love with her! The whole family is excited when she walks in the door. She is kind and funny, brings a lot of laughter, but also has no problem enforcing boundaries and following rules. She is punctual, communicative, and respectful of our family's way of doing things!
