Elshaday is a truly exceptional caregiver. She is one of the kindest, most caring and supportive people I've met, and she provides excellent education and development to children. Having previously been a professor of childcare development and worked at a daycare in Bethesda, she brings top notch experiences and knows how to handle toddler challenges. She is also impeccably punctual, responsible, and polite, and I always felt 100% safe leaving our child with her. We felt lucky to have Elshaday!
