Hi, I'm Elle! I'm passionate about making a positive impact on young minds and helping them reach their full potential. With a calm, fun, and creative approach, I provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I strongly believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods for household rules and to keep them updated on their child's day. From outdoor adventures to imaginative play, I enjoy a variety of activities that cater to different interests and age groups. With seven years of experience caring for children of all ages and disabilities, I can comfortably handle up to three children at a time. My education and experience, along with my CPR and First Aid certifications, equips me to provide exceptional care for your little ones.
