About Ella

I am the oldest sibling of 9 younger siblings all ranging from the ages 0-19. I grew up with a huge family, babysitting my younger siblings, cousins, and family friends. On top of this I have certification in CPR, First aid, and I am pool lifeguard certified. I have also been an overnight camp counselor in the past for ages 6-14 and I lifeguarded for this camp too! I am a very patient person and I have experienced watching multiple kids at once too. I have sisters and brothers from all ages up to 19 so I have seen it all and their stages of life and different personalities and I love it all! I love all kids and learning what works best for them. Every single kid is different and needs to be cared for. I don't believe in impossible cases because I've seen just about it all with all of my family members and siblings and I never judge either.
