We hired Eliana for a regular weekend role. She came for two weekends and on third one she texted in the morning that she doesn't feel well. I wished her a good recovery. On the following Thursday I asked if she was feeling better and she never answered again. So she seemed to be a good caregiver while she was here but she disappeared without being courteous about it. Since this involves children, I think it's important to make sure someone is reliable or will let you know if they have changed their mind. It is also more responsible. My children are 8 and 5 and it is the first time this has ever happened to us so it stands out, not in a positive way.
