I enjoy being with all ages with my favorite being children. They are sweet, fun, honest and it's so nice watching them grow and change as they move up and become teens and then adults. You can learn a lot from children just by listening to them and hearing them talk and how they perceive the world. It can give us adults a different way to look at things in their generation. It might be worth doing as you see things changing.

Elaine was flexible in her start date, as I had to change the date multiple times due to illness and she was very kind and understanding regarding this. She was thoughtful and purchased a book for our little children as well. However, we did not get a chance to know Elaine very well because she quit after the very first day. In a household with two working parents, I requested in our interview 2 weeks notice to find a replacement if she felt like this was not a good fit. Elaine did not honor this and has left our family in a stressful situation without childcare.
