Hi! I'm Dynasty, a compassionate and dependable childcare provider with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in behavior analysis and child development. I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills through positive, individualized support. Beyond my professional experience, caring for children has always been a part of my life. I've spent years babysitting and caring for children of various ages, and I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids can feel comfortable, supported, and have fun. Whether it's helping with homework, creating fun activities, preparing meals, maintaining routines, or simply being a trusted adult, I take pride in providing care that gives parents peace of mind.
