About Dorothy

Hello. My name is Dorothy, I am very interested in being your nanny. I am a very fun and energetic person and a mother of three children of my own. I am a former child care provider that has experience working with children between the ages of 8 weeks up to 8 years old. I worked as a child care provider for 9 years and I am up to date with all my child care training. I am CPR and first-aid certified. I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record. I love to engage children in indoor and outdoor activities such as but not limited too: reading, listening and singing along to music, circle time, arts and crafts/drawing and painting, going to the park, taking walks, going to the pool and library. I had the opportunity to work with a child who had a speech delay and with my early intervention and in conjunction with the family the child's speech has greatly improved and is now able to speak. I strongly believe in communication and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
