I am currently available for summertime care from mid June to end of August. If you're interested, please reach out to me! Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on your family. I am a patient, calm, and creative caregiver who thrives on helping children learn and explore. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or working on fun crafts, I love finding imaginative ways to keep children engaged. I am comfortable caring for one child between the ages of newborn and 5 years old. I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to support your daily routine. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I always follow your preferred communication method and respect your household rules to ensure consistency. I look forward to the opportunity to provide reliable, nurturing care for your little one, and I cannot wait to meet your family.
Donna has been an absolutely wonderful nanny for our 7-month-old son, G. As first-time parents, finding someone we completely trust with our child was incredibly important, and Donna has exceeded our expectations in every way. She is caring, attentive, and genuinely loves spending time with children. Every day she is actively engaged with G.—taking him on walks, blowing bubbles, playing with him in his playpen, feeding him, sanitizing bottles, and even keeping up with his laundry. She is completely hands-on and aligns perfectly with our preference of no screen time, always finding meaningful and engaging ways to interact with him. One thing we especially appreciate is Donna's experience and knowledge. Having raised children and now having grandchildren of her own, she notices things that newer parents might miss. For example, she pointed out that G. was pulling at his ear, which helped us recognize a potential ear infection. Her insight and guidance have been invaluable. Most importantly, G. absolutely adores her. It is obvious from the way he smiles when she arrives and how comfortable he is in her care that he feels safe, loved, and happy with her. Donna watches G. two days a week during the school year while I am at work as a teacher. She is always punctual, dependable, and incredibly flexible. On several occasions when family circumstances required schedule changes, she was accommodating and willing to adjust days or times to help us. We feel very fortunate to have found Donna, and any family would be lucky to have her! She has truly been like a third grandmother (Mimi) to our son!
