“Nana” Dianne is The Best There Is! A few weeks postpartum with my second son, I quickly realized I couldn’t do it all on my own. She truly came to my rescue during one of the most exhausting and emotional seasons of my life. Whether she was snuggling my newborn with such gentle, loving care or keeping my oldest entertained so I could rest, she gave me exactly the support I needed. She also shared so much expert advice and made me feel like I’d known her for years. She incorporated such creative OT and speech\-based activities into playtime with my oldest—turning everyday games into opportunities for fine motor skill development, sensory exploration, and language growth, all while keeping things fun and engaging. As someone who is very particular and struggled to accept help, I was nervous about having someone else care for my children. But she followed my lead, respected the routines that were important to me, and quickly put my mind at ease. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
