Within 2 hours of her babysitting, she would call and cancel. I would have to leave work so she could leave the house. This happened at least 3 times in a two week period. The baby’s diaper would be so full when I get home from work, looked like he went swimming in them. Then finally she did a no call no show yesterday. She didn’t do any light house keeping. She took the kids to the beach and got food once which was nice. Maybe she’s not ready to work full time. Not sure. I have called her multiple times to see if she’s okay and no answer. I’m just glad I didn’t get fired from having to leave work so many times randomly. And having to go to work super late yesterday while trying to find a nanny last minute. I hope she’s okay though.
