About Destinee

Experience: 4 yrs

Hi! I'm Destinee. I recently graduated from UCLA Law and moved to the DC area. I have several years of childcare experience with kids of all ages. I worked at a summer camp where I cared for infants and toddlers from about 10 months to 2-3 years old, and I've babysat for families and friends over the years. I also grew up with a younger sister and now have a 9-year-old nephew who I spend a lot of time with, including driving him to practices and activities. I'm patient, responsible, and easygoing, and I genuinely enjoy being around kids. I'm comfortable with playtime, meals, bedtime routines, transportation, and helping wherever needed. My schedule is pretty flexible right now, and I'd love to connect with families in the DC area!

Destinee is one of few nannies I would give a perfect rating to. In two weeks with my son, she won us over completely. She was punctual, polished, and learned our house rules inside and out. Then the magic happened: she got on the floor for truck play, raced him down the hallway, and turned every walk into an adventure. Best of all, she talked with him constantly, which is gold for a toddler learning language. Fun, organized, and wonderfully warm. Five stars, without question.
