About Denise

For the past year I have had the pleasure of caring for an 89 yr. old man who has, difficulty hearing, vascular dementia & COPD. He became a widower a year ago & lives alone. We very much enjoy each other's company & find humor in things that have us continually laughing. I keep everything positive. Some of things I have been doing for or with him are: grocery shopping, laundry, preparing meals, making sure he takes his medicines, washing dishes, walls, & floors, clip & file his toenails & fingernails, administer his breathing treatment. we also go for daily walks & play checkers. I clean the cat's litter boxes, go to vet., take cats to vet & give medicines to cats. I am a very nurturing & loving person. I find great joy in taking care of others. I did nanny before & after my daughter was born for over 20 yrs. I am honest & reliable. I have many references. After recently earning my college degree, I have discovered my true passion is caring for others & ensuring their safety.
