Assistance in dialysis and daily health routines . I am also a Registered Behavior Technician and have experience with aggressive behaviors , taking data , and overall understanding the client and their needs . I ensure in engaging in activities , routines , and making our seniors feel loved , safe , and heard . I ensure compassionate care and patience with each individual to build a great professional relationship making everyone comfortable and creating a system to get the care they deserve .
