My experience with Deja has been AMAZING, I have three kids two boys & one girl ages (3 months, 2yrs & 6yrs) and I can absolutely say the kids LOVE Deja. She’s definitely a great help with me getting back into work after being on maternity leave,  she’s there to lend a wonderful helping hand it’s definitely been easier for me, I highly recommend Deja as a nanny.

Deja has watched my kids for over 6 months now , i have A 4 year old and a 6 year old , she is very prompt , respectful and very caring towards my children, she was recommended through a coworker and i am Very grateful she enjoys kids , I called last minute this last time i needed Deja and she stopped what she was doing to help me out and I’m so grateful , that’s why I’m writing this review 

Deja was my twins baby sitter for two months. My twins adored her and she was great with them so that deserves an extra star. She was punctual the first 4 times. After that she fell off considerably causing me to be late and always rearranging my plans- especially after she asked for more money. I also felt like her providing a G. number for primary contact while my twins were in her care was suspicious.

I feel like she took advantage of my need for a sitter. On two occasions we made plans for a week in advance and she pulled no shows and no calls on the days of. Imagine how frustrating and disappointing it is to call out when you're supposed to be on ur way out the door. That was it for me - Hopefully you have a better experience with Deja than I did.

Deja watched my twin daughters. They're 5 months old & while me & my husband went on a date night for two days straight she was great with the girls. She was great with the bottle prepping diaper changing burping them both & putting them down to bed after she made sure there bottles was washed she did a great job. I definitely recommend her and I will be hiring her again for our nights out..

I would recommend Deja she is punctual & dependable & she responds quickly my son loved it.. she also brought his favorite snacks upon arrival.

I hired Deja to be a babysitter for my son that was visiting for a week. She applied for the position and we discussed prices. I told her that I wouldn't be able to match her price which is why I didn't reach out to her initially. I told her what I was able to pay, and she agreed. The job listing required that you have your own transportation. Everything was confirmed Friday, the 24th. Deja was set to start Monday, the 27th at 6pm. I texted Deja on the 26th for confirmation; I got no answer. Today is the 27th and I texted her again today for confirmation and she responded and asked for my address. I provided it. Then today at approximately 2:30, she text me to tell me that she has no transportation to get to my residence and that the price we agreed upon would no longer work because her commute would cost more. And this is understandable, if it had been communicated previously and not the day of! I totally understand that things do happen, but this was entirely unprofessional as we had previously discussed everything! I don't have time to find another sitter, so now I have to call out from work with only 3 hours notification! Thanks Deja!! Totally appreciate the inconvenience!

I hired Deja J as a mommy helper / Nanny. I'm preparing to go back to work after maternity leave & she was such a great help. My daughter Z is now 3 months she's been breast-fed this whole time and it's been difficult for her to latch to a regular bottle but, Deja knew exactly what to do. She has her own little techniques that some how works. Which is great also she was familiar with heating breast milk prepare and bottles changing diapers and etc.. she definitely has a motherly touch.

Hello My husband & I hired Deja for the first time 3 weeks ago to care for the kiddos while we was out for the weekend she stayed over night, the kiddos absolutely loved Deja & there always asking when will she be back. When we returned home Deja had did major house keeping without being asked which we loved always the kids had so many fun stories to tell us ... we'll definitely be hiring Deja again she's currently the first nanny on call for up. Also the kids loved her cooking skills.

Deja ghosted us after day 3. There is also some concern about Deja bamboozling us and our friends into double payment via cash app with frantic text messages the night before ghosting us.

Deja is a young person, and seems like-able enough, I think.

I do not know whether there was intentional deception or not.

We had a great phone interview with Deja!  She was very responsive to my initial messages and it was easy to set-up a time to speak with her.  We found her to be outgoing, upbeat, and willing to be flexible.  She was very enthusiastic about caring for children.  The other family in our babysitter share preferred a Spanish-speaking babysitter so we hired a different candidate.  However, we gave Deja serious consideration.

I've hired Deja multiple times before I moved from DC. Deja is very loving and caring when it comes to the children and the animals. She also didn't mind cooking or doing a little house work even without me asking. She also stayed the night some weekends when I needed her to. She cared for my 3 month old baby girl and my 2 sons which is 4 and 6 also let me tell you WE all love her.
