About Deborah

Hello! Caring for children has been a part of my life since I was young. Growing up in a military family, I began babysitting for other military families around age 11, and what started as something I enjoyed grew into a career spanning more than 30 years. Since 2002, I've worked in childcare centers, operated my own in-home daycare, and worked as a private nanny. I've cared for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old and have training in child safety, nutrition, early childhood development, and age-appropriate activities. I currently nanny for a wonderful family Monday-Friday and am available on weekends for date nights, special occasions, and occasional care. I'm down-to-earth, patient, nurturing, and creative. I enjoy crafts, reading, cooking, and outdoor activities. I speak English and some Spanish. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the person caring for your children. I look forward to meeting your family! .
