About Dean

Nurturing children's sense of connection and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest professional passion. I offer five years of experience working with children in home, community, outdoor, and classroom environments-- including both special and general education. While I'm happy to care for all children, I'm particularly experienced in being a positive and nurturing mentor for children with Autism and ADHD. I'm a registered care provider through Pacific Homecare Services and IHSS. I'm First Aid and CPR certified, and bring my own first aid kit to work daily. I have a clean driving record and well-maintained car for transporting children. I enjoy leading outdoor exploration, acting out child-led storylines, and encouraging collaborative play with peers. I'm known for my detailed end-of-day reports, proactive planning, and constant self-evaluation to provide the best quality care for each individual. Families must be LGBT-friendly
