About Dayshia

I've always loved working with kids and watching them learn, grow, and hit new important milestones in their life. With my experience handling children of wide ranges, I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment, where children feel comfortable being themselves. I am very patient, dependable, and super easy to get along with. I genuinely love building connections with not only the children, but the families as well! I have completed coursework in Early Childhood Development and many other hands on children courses from freshman year of high school to now my upcoming junior year at college. I believe communication is very important, so I'm always happy to send updates throughout the day and be open and honest with any ups and downs with the families. I respect family's parenting styles, and I will always follow the house rules. I would love to become someone any family can rely on while helping their children grow!
