About Dayna

I have cared for a 91-year-old immobile woman. Daily support included bathing, dressing, meal prep, vitamin/medication administration and engaging with her to read her newspaper and discuss the news, etc.. She is deaf and I utilized Google Translate app to engage with her throughout the day to ask questions, answer her questions and speak in conversation. I also provided limited exercise support utilizing bands, small/medium sized balls and small hand weights. When needed, I escorted her to her appointments, ie medical or nails, as well as outings. She's a delight to care for, and I value the elderly. She has a lot of stories to tell and wisdom to share and I'm thankful to provide assistance to those who need the support at this time in their life.
