Need a break or an extra helping hand caring for Mom or Dad? My love for caregiving began while caring for my grandparents for 6 years I provide companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or errands,& help with daily activities. My previous experience as a CAL FIRE firefighter gave me extensive First Responder & CPR training. My certs are due for renewal. I have experience supporting individuals with memory loss using gentle redirection & patience to help ease confusion & agitation. Whether we're playing games, doing trivia, going for a walk, or simply enjoying conversation, ny goal is to provide a stress-free environment. Every family is different & I strive to provide the same level of care & compassion that I would want for my own loved ones.
