With 9 years of experience working with children in elementary, middle, and high school settings, including special education, I understand that every child is different and deserves patience, kindness, consistency, and individualized care. I'm dependable, calm, patient, and approachable, and I enjoy creating a safe and comfortable environment where children can be themselves, learn, play, and feel supported. I have experience working with different personalities, developmental needs, and behaviors. I want children to feel engaged, encouraged, and cared for. I also understand how important communication is to parents, so I'm happy to provide regular updates and follow your preferred routines, expectations, and parenting style. I am CPR and First Aid trained and take the safety and well-being of every child in my care seriously. My goal is to give families dependable support and peace of mind while making sure their children feel safe, respected, and valued.
