I highly recommend Darlene after she drove me to/from the hospital. She cheerfully picked me up on time at 5 a.m., even though it was snowing and our pickup time was bumped up 2 hours earlier after the hospital changed my surgery time at the last minute. Nevertheless, she drove me through pre-dawn now flurries, waited 5 hours during my procedure, pulled her car around and helped me in, drove me home through snow, and helped me up my slippery walkway to my home, delivering me home safely from my surgery. Plus, she texted me the next day to see how I was doing! Again, I highly recommend Darlene as a reliable, conscientious, friendly, and considerate caregiver.
