About Cynthia

Hi! My current goal in nannying is to find a family my son can grow up alongside! I have nearly 2 years of experience professionally nannying kiddos from 1-4 years old, as well as informal babysitting experience for more than a decade. I work currently as a substitute teacher in the public K-12 school system, and am progressing on my master's degree in elementary education. My previous education is in communications and languages, and in nutrition science. I am passionate about my work preparing little learners to coexist compassionately, confidently, and creatively in this world, and I prioritize critical thinking skills, emotional development, and the ability to communicate (AND understand) one's needs. My joy in professional childcare is what inspired me to have a child of my own, and I take a lot of joy and pride in my job.
