As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. My approach includes verbal updates during visits and regular communication with families via text or phone. I create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I also provide light housekeeping and prepare meals. Cooking, in particular, makes me feel like my job is done! It's always been a passion of mine to care for others.
