Hi families! My name is Crystal, and I'm based in Westchester County. I have over 20 years of professional childcare experience, including being a NYS licensed daycare provider before transitioning into full-time nannying in 2021. Since then, I've worked closely with two children while specializing in autism and individualized care. I'm also a proud mom to a 3-year-old boy, which has strengthened my patience, understanding, and hands-on approach to childcare. I'm a pet lover, dependable, nurturing, and highly experienced in creating safe, structured, and engaging environments for children of all ages and abilities.
