About Crystal

Crystal was hired to care for my 85 year old grandmother when I had to attend a work event in NJ. I was there for a few months and in that time, I needed someone to extensively care for my grandma. I found that Crystal is very knowledgeable, she helps individuals understand why their loved ones have mental declines while suffering from Alzheimer’s. She helped me understand that forgotten tasks like hand washing and or skipping steps when cleaning oneself may come to be more challenging due to the way the brain is damaged. Aside from her educational background, she was extremely patient, kind, and respectful of dignity, especially with tasks like bathing, hygiene, and bathroom reminders. She never rushed my grandma and she explained everything step by step in a clam, gentle way. My grandma would light up when she saw Crystal which was rare because grandma would always just stare. I could never get her to smile or react. Crystal helped educate us without ever making us feel judged. She truly understands Alzheimer’s care. Highly HIghly recommended!
