Hello everyone. I am a childcare provider with 20+ years of experience working with children from infancy through school age, including raising my own son, a 2024 Furman graduate. I work for Mecklenburg County Youth and Family Services as a Supervised Visitation Worker, and I'm happy to provide a background check or complete any screening process your family prefers. I'm currently working full time during the day, but I'm interested in providing babysitting support, including evenings, weekends, and overnight babysitting. My most recent experience was serving as an overnight mother's helper for an infant baby girl from 6 weeks old until she reached four months. We used Crystal a few nights a week to help us with our 6week old. She helped with those 3am feeds and diaper changes so that I could get a little more sleep. She was always on time and reliable and communicated with me each day how the night time went. She was always willing to go with the flow when the routine changed and that happened often during the 12 weeks she worked with us. We will be forever grateful that she helped us get through those trenches.
