Quela was a trusted and devoted nanny to our baby boy. She was the very epitome of reliable. We arranged a meeting at Starbucks for her first interview and she arrived an hour early. Everyday 30 minutes before her start time, I could look out my window and see her waiting in her car ready to start the day. A week into her tenure as nanny, Quela was able to simulate the exact schedule I'd kept for my son. I brought her in to shadow me for two days and followed up with an email of the baby's schedule and everything worked seamlessly. She's also an amazing communicator....I received daily texts after each meal advising me how much my son ate, reports on his outputs, and videos and pics of him doing crafts or trying to talk. I could literally go on and on but I guess the most important thing is that I always felt my son was safe while in her care and that's priceless.
