Started out ok-on time, nice to my kids, then started calling out with less than 1 hour notice- overslept, headache, sick parent. Then she damaged my car by getting into a minor accident and lied about it. Then she ghosted me despite having a contract which required notice to quit without cause, did not respond to texts to return funds put on a Venmo card (so she stole money), would not respond to texts or calls to return my house key. Do not recommend if you need reliability.
