About Cindy

Hello, My name is Ms. Cindy, and I have been working with children as a Pre-School Teacher and Nanny for the last 9 years. I have worked with all ages, however, my specialty is caring for infants. My educational background is in Early Childhood Education having pursued college coursework at Citrus College in Glendora, CA and Wake Tech in Raleigh, NC. Prior to working as a teacher, I was a Foster Parent for 6 years (adopted 2 children during that time), a Volunteer Nursery Worker/Camp Counselor for 12 years and I spent 15 years as a homeschool teacher of my own children and others in local learning co-ops. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, sports, theatre, and traveling. My favorite food is ice-cream, and I love a smooth vanilla iced latte. I am a big believer that learning never stops and so I look forward to spending my days learning/playing and caring for your little ones. I am excited to meet your family! Ms. Cindy
