About Christa

Christa worked as our nanny for approximately six days. During that brief period, our daughter had multiple injuries and unexplained marks that we observed, including a raised bump on her head, bruising between her eyes, bruising on her shin, a bleeding finger, and two cuts on her right heel. Christa also reported multiple incidents where our daughter had hit her head on furniture. We fully understand that young children can fall, bump into things, and have minor accidents. However, the number and frequency of injuries and unexplained marks during that brief period were extremely concerning to us. I also personally observed an incident where my daughter walked into air-conditioning rails while Christa was on her phone with her back turned. That observation, combined with the repeated injuries and marks, caused my husband and me to lose confidence in continuing to place our daughter in Christa’s care. After approximately six days, we no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing to place our daughter in Christa’s care, and we ended the arrangement. Since hiring a new nanny, we have not observed any similar injuries, bruises, or unexplained marks. That contrast has only reinforced our concern about our experience with Christa. Based on our firsthand experience, we would not hire Christa again, and we cannot recommend her for nanny or childcare services.
