Hello, my name is Chloe I have experience babysitting children within the age frame of 4-7. I can describe myself as patient and understanding with young children. I'd describe my personality as calm, understanding, and friendly. I like working with kids because I think that it is so important that in such an early developmental age that they are in environments where their care and well being are top priority and their needs are met. I started working with kids when I was first a teenage and this included babysitting for family members . It was through then that I truly learned the importance of responsibility when it came down to working with such young children. One thing you should know about me is that I ensure your child's safety as number one priority. My skills include active listening, keeping themselves and their areas tidy, and a gentle and respective approach to calm the child if conflict arises.
