About Chissy

My name is Chrissy, and I have 20+yrs of childcare experience. I have been a nanny to twin girls since they were 2, and they are currently 7, and worked in daycare with infants to preteens. Caring for children is my passion, and I believe that every child is unique, special, and deserves to feel loved and cared for. I strive to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, and grow. I work closely with parents to ensure that care aligns with their family's values, expectations, and the individual needs of their child. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities encouraging learning, creativity and fun, such as arts and crafts, learning activities, or gross and fine motor skills for younger children. I am also happy to assist with light housework duties. I'm currently pursuing my teaching certification at UNC Charlotte. My goal is to provide peace of mind to parents while creating a positive, supportive, and enjoyable experience for children in my care.
