Chanel is amazing. If she's available - look no further. We were super lucky to find her at the last minute after we had a very bad experience with someone else. She's compassionate, empathetic, immediately figured out how to approach our kid, patient and from what I could tell quite experienced with toddlers & waddlers. Our child was always happy to see her come back & it looked like he had a ton of fun. At the time he didn't talk at all and she was really good at pointing out things to him: colors, objects & I feel like it really helped him to learn his first words because he became a lot more talkative soon enough. We were staying in an airbnb so we didn't have a lot of toys but they still managed! I know she also likes to paint with kids but it was too risky of an option for us because it wasn't our place. We'd love to rehire her whenever we're back in the area.
