Hi, I'm Cayla! I have extensive experience working with children through teaching, mentoring, and youth programs, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Howard University, giving me a strong understanding of child development and communication. I'm calm, patient, dependable, and organized, while also bringing creativity and fun into each day. Growing up in a loving, family-oriented home taught me the importance of compassion and making others feel valued. I love getting to know each child's unique personality and interests so I can help them feel seen, heard, and special. Whether we're reading, doing crafts, helping with homework, or staying active, my goal is to make a positive impact in each child's life while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in caring, capable hands.
