Hi, my name is Catherine. I'm a health advocate and companion. I have helped take care of a number of wonderful people over the last 10 years. Most have had Dementia, so care includes taking notes and asking questions at doctor's visits on the family's behalf. I update medications with doctors to be sure they still need to be on them or not and keep notes for the family. I provide companionship, cook, creative art, puzzles, walks, brain games, hair and nail appointments, shopping, etc. Whatever they need! Flexible hours and days. Sorry, No heavy lifting. References available upon request. I have received annual Covid-19 vaccines plus 6 boosters, annual flu shots, both shingles, and both pneumonia vaccines and the RSV vaccine.
