Hello there, I am a Master's degree social worker, but I have many years experience with kids. Reared on a large farm family, lots of nieces and nephews! I am an excellent driver, having no tickets or incidents in over 30 years. I like kids a lot. I have lived in Hancock county my entire life, except school (Purdue/ IU/ Ball State. ) I lived on a dairy farm growing up. I have loved social work, teaching parenting skills and child development for 23 years. I've reared my own kids, and babysat for many nieces, nephews and neighbor kids. Especially when kids are young, they just need their needs met. Older, they need to know their rules and boundaries to be safe. But flexibility is also important. Mostly they learn by playing, and exploring. Being read to, or independently would also be encouraged.

I can’t say enough good things about Carol. My two boys (almost 2 and almost 5) took to her very quickly. She is thoughtful, kind, calm, and FUN! She is communicative and thorough for logistics. I look forward to hiring her again, and so do my kids!
