Carol has been a nanny for my child for some time now, and I’m so incredibly grateful to have her. Firstly, she fixed the nap schedule! Kiddo was a bad napper and it always took ~an hour to put down for 30 mins on a good day. Within a week she started making kiddo nap for at least an hour each time, and within 2 weeks my baby started doing at least one 1.5-hour nap per day. She’s a super calm presence in the house, which is very much appreciated given the stresses of handling a small child. My baby adores her and I trust that she will always put the baby's safety first. She’s also very good at following instructions and taking feedback, but at the same time will let us know if our instructions are not right for baby's age. Even before she started with us she was sending me recommendations on sleep as well as products that might be helpful, which showed that she goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend hiring Carol to take care of your kids.
