Carolanne is an exceptional nanny. She started working with our family in 2023 (kids 1 and 3 years old). In my opinion, her most unique quality is the immense respect she shows children, no matter what age. She has enviable patience and her genuine kindness makes her a perfect human to be caring for a children. Carolanne is very creative, loves coming up with art projects (and has even crocheted store-quality stuffies for the kids), and has a strong capacity as a household manager. She is very reliable, and willing to go above and beyond. Though she stopped working for us as nanny when my kids transitioned into preschool, we continue to have her care for the kids whenever possible.
