For the past 12 years, I've provided compassionate care as a home health aide, offering respite care, hospice services, light housekeeping, and medical management. I'm patient and calm, skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method, and I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and personal history. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
