About Carmen

For the past decade, I've been dedicated to nurturing young minds and supporting families. My passion lies in fostering each child's unique growth and development. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational activities tailored to their interests. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, as well as regular text or phone calls, and I also use an app to document care. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 0-11, 1-3 and 4-5, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm eager to bring my experience and caring nature to your family, creating a safe and happy environment where your children can thrive.
