About Carl

Hi! I'm Carl, a licensed social worker (LMSW) in MD with 12+ years of human services experience supporting seniors, students, people with disabilities, and families. I've worked in schools, group homes, hospitals, nonprofits, government, and community intervention programs. I also served six years in the Coast Guard Reserve (CPR+first aid trained and certified). These experiences taught me to stay calm, adaptable, and dependable. Caring for others has always felt natural to me. I was very close with my grandmothers and aging family, and those relationships inspired my passion for helping older adults live with dignity, comfort, and joy. I enjoy building genuine connections. Whether it's personal care, companionship, transportation, community outings, or simply sharing conversation, I strive to help each person feel safe, valued, and supported.
