About Carl

Hi! I'm Carl, a licensed social worker (LMSW) who works full-time at a special education school in Annapolis and lives in Baltimore. I have 12+ years of experience working with children in schools, group homes, a children's hospital, and community programs, and I also served six years in the Coast Guard Reserve. I'm compassionate, patient, active, and love helping kids explore nature, be creative, and build confidence. At my current school, I help lead overnight camping trips and enjoy making outdoor adventures safe and fun. My fiancée, Maria, and I hope to have children of our own someday, and she may occasionally join us for activities if your family is comfortable with that. I'm available mainly on weekends, with some weekday evenings, and I'd love to support your family with dependable, engaging care.
