About Carlos

I'm a creative, enthusiastic, and independent caregiver with 5+ years of experience working with children of all ages. What I love most about childcare is the mutual learning-kids teach us just as much as we teach them, and every day brings something new and exciting. My journey started as a teenager helping neighbors with their kids, which quickly grew into a true passion. I later volunteered in an ESL program, supporting children, teens, and seniors-an experience that showed me how small, consistent actions can make a meaningful impact. I spent two years as an Au Pair in Virginia, followed by a year as a private tutor. In California, I worked as a nanny for two wonderful boys, continuing to build hands-on experience in childcare and early education.
