I had the pleasure of hiring her while I was the House Manager for a family with three young children, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was always punctual, dependable, and easy to communicate with. She naturally built a wonderful relationship with the children and kept them engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and trips to the playground. She is patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys spending time with kids. One thing I especially appreciated was how well she followed the routines and parenting approach that had already been established. At the time, the children were going through potty training, and she consistently followed the plan, helping reinforce the routine with patience and encouragement. Having her support made a real difference. She also cared deeply about the children’s nutrition. Since healthy eating was an important goal for the family, she made an effort to prepare balanced meals and snacks, incorporating fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious options whenever possible. It was clear that she genuinely cared about the children’s well-being and healthy development. She is incredibly organized and always left the home clean and tidy at the end of her shift. She also encouraged the children to clean up after themselves, helping them build independence and good habits in a positive way. I always felt completely comfortable trusting her to drive the children safely, and I never had to worry when they were in her care. She is kind, responsible, trustworthy, and truly treats every child with love and respect. Any family would be lucky to have her. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
