About Caitlin

For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development . My passion for caregiving stems from my own amazing family life and years of experience as a professional nanny and preschool teacher. Now, as a professor of educational psychology who is looking for part-time work - (and missing my nanny days!) I bring a wealth of knowledge to childcare on top of direct experience. I believe in providing a safe and fun environment, letting the child lead as much as possible within boundaries. I am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm excited to bring experience and enthusiasm to your family, creating a fun and enriching environment :) As I do have full-time work in a few weeks, I am looking for short-term hours in August that will hopefully turn into date night/weekend babysitting in September and beyond! I'm quite flexible :) I would love to set up an interview and am happy to provide multiple references!
